He is driven by efficiency and seeing growth in his work, which encourage him to take on new challenges and seize opportunities as they arise. After graduating from Creighton University with a degree in financial planning, Kyle worked as an investment advisor and tax preparer before earning his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification, the gold standard of ethics and excellence in financial planning. He works with the team at Worley Erhart-Graves Financial Advisors, and partner tax firm Smitson Erhart-Graves Tax Advisors, to serve as a fiduciary for clients and provide financial planning and investment advice that is always in the best interest of our clients.

Outside of work, Kyle and his wife, Emily, enjoy traveling and exploring new places. They also enjoy ballroom dancing and the arts. Kyle relishes outdoor activities, particularly fishing, sports, such as soccer and golf, and he recently got the pickleball bug. He grew up loving cars and has an appreciation for motorsports like Indy Car racing and Formula 1. He and his wife volunteer with a farm in Sheridan, IN to provide their church's food pantry with fresh produce. Inspired by their work at that farm, they recently started their own garden. Kyle is always looking for opportunities to expand his impact on his community and empower others to do the same. He is a firm believer in the power of community and enjoys giving back in any way he can.
