Director of Investment Operations

Tabitha Williams is passionate about helping individuals become more financially aware. She enjoys providing support to clients, so they gain the confidence and knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of the financial world.

Tabitha is responsible for managing the day-to-day investment operations and maintaining a superior client experience. She applies her organizational skills and attention to detail to guarantee consistent and effective execution of systems and processes.  

Tabitha has been in financial services and the financial literacy industry for almost 15 years. She began her career as a registered representative and then gained experience working for an organization whose mission was to educate children and families on financial literacy skills. Before joining Worley Erhart-Graves, she oversaw compliance, administration, reporting, analysis, and accounting at another Registered Investment Advisor firm.  

She is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

When Tabitha is not in the office, she enjoys spending time visiting local farmers’ markets, playing recreational volleyball, and exploring trails, creeks, and parks. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dustin, son Shepard (7), daughter Remi (2) and labradoodles Shamrock and Teddy.
